Xavier Chua has recently joined as MHIRA member in 2019. With his Enterpenuership and farmers network capability, Xavier head the business development team and work closely with MHIRA Core Team and MHIRA Sabah team members.
Xavier area of expertise relates to the impact of future business including farmers network and he is currently MHIRA’s Sabah State Exco.
